Were going to explain how to make a gorgeous Mexican crock pot meal which is so simple, yet so nice.

The good thing about Mexican crock pot recipes is that you can use the meat and so on for just about anything, whether you want to make a wrap, taco etc. Here is just one of many crock pot recipes:
Creamy Mexican Turkey.

Firstly, before we start going through this recipe, you dont necessarily have to use turkey if you dont like it. You can use just about any meat for this, chicken and turkey will probably work the best though. This particular recipe should be enough to feed around 7 people. Since you need to slow cook this, why not get it ready at breakfast or lunch time so its ready in time for dinner?
All you need is: sour cream, salsa, one onion, mushroom and chick soup, a tablespoon of olive oil, chilli powder, chopped turkey/chicken etc, cheese, garlic and a little bit of cilantro.

The first thing that you need to do is grease the slow cooker with something like vegetable oil. After youve done this, mix the sour cream, chilli powder and the salsa together and then add this to the soup.

Briefly fry the garlic and onion and put them in the soup (with all the ingredients above) in the slow cooker. Next, cover the crock pot as much as possible, not allowing any air to get inside and leave this cooking for at least four hours. Stop cooking when it gets bubbly.

Once you remove the mixture from the oven, simple put a bit of cheese on the top of it and let it melt. Thats it! Now you can do whatever you want with your dish, you can either eat it the way it is, use some tortillas with it etc.
